Jordan Bear's lifelong love of live music has shaped a career that now lives at the heart of the industry. Currently at Republic Records in touring and audience development, Jordan got his start at Island Records in international marketing after graduating from USC with a degree in Business and Music Industry, before expanding into tour and experiential campaigns.

Since then, he has played a key role in album rollouts and tours for some of today's most exciting artists, including Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Dean, and Lola Young, bringing both creative vision and strategic thinking to every project he touches.
